Shelley Blignaut

Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy)

Shelley has a strong passion for supporting neurodiverse children, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and developmental delays. With a child and family-centered approach, she tailors her therapy to meet the unique needs of each child, fostering their strengths, independence and confidence.

Shelley has a particular interest in sensory integration, helping children better manage sensory challenges and improve their emotional regulation. She also specialises in handwriting development, using creative and fun strategies to build fine motor skills and promote writing success. All very important for school readiness and participation.
